BIRDS
This is the largest group of animals that we receive into our care. We receive between 45 and 75 birds into care each month.

Everyting from baby zebra finches to Sea Eagles and Wedgetails.

We are given lots of baby birds, usually ones that have fallen out or have been kicked out of the nest. Some birds have been subject to attacks from domestic pets or other birds. Babies need constant care, warmth and regular feeds.
We also receive in injured birds large and small, some with broken wings and legs, that take time to mend. These birds require assessment by a advanced carer or local vet to determine if the bird could lead a normal life in the wild or can be re-homed successfully.
